Coco teaches Yoga as a practice, a lifestyle, an exploration, a philosophy, a science and an art. From the form to the formless, she explores and shares her exploration and findings at multiple locations & studios across the lower mainland of Vancouver, BC and abroad.
Coco also teaches private and semi private lessons to anyone willing to learn, grow and further their practice as student or teacher. Yoga is woven into various formats and settings. She facilitates classes and tutorials, teacher training, mentorships, workshops & retreats. Yoga can also conveniently be taught and practiced in your home or business and help you to relax, grow and connect. Coco can teach in English and/or in French.
Yoga classes include Postures/Practice, Meditation, Pranayama Breathing, Philosophy. Dynamic and/or therapeutic and restorative.

Thai Yoga Massage therapy
Thai Yoga massage is an ancient art and practice that has its roots in the Indian systems of Yoga & Ayurveda. Its potency and uniqueness make it a revered massage modality but also a spiritual practice. Thai Yoga Massage works on the physical body to relieve bodily aches, pains and tension. It works with the body in a therapeutic way, applying rhythmic compression to energy lines and acupressure points in combination with deep stretching and massage touch techniques.
Thai Yoga massages are oil-free massages performed on a mat on the floor. The practitioner guides the recipient through a series of yoga postures and stretches, palming and thumbing along the body’s “sen” (energy lines) and pressure points. This relieves muscular tension, increases circulation and balances the body by unblocking and dispersing energy. It leaves one with the openness feeling of a yoga practice combined with the total surrender and relaxation of a massage.
Personal Training / Movement
Coco is a certified Personal Trainer. Educated and trained primarily in functional training, sessions focus on building stability, agility, mobility, resistance, strenght and power. Her training style is mindful, intentional & diversified. Coco emphasizes alignment and form to ensure stability, proper mechanics and avoid injury.
One on one personal training is extremely effective to reach goals or simply to maintain a greater level of health and fitness with purpose, motivation and safety. Training benefits are tenfold and cultivate greater body/mind freedom. Sessions can be facilitated at various locations.
